Driving the design vision for an AI-first fintech platform supporting SMEs with business loans, credit, insurance, and more. I built Binq’s design system from the ground up, aligning user experience with commercial goals. I collaborate closely with stakeholders and developers to deliver efficient, scalable solutions that balance innovation with real-world impact.
Our approach was data-led and collaborative, using testing and feedback to make meaningful improvements. The results spoke for themselves: average journey completion time dropped to just three minutes, case processing to three days, and 75% of broker tasks were handled by AI, saving over an hour per case.
